Montaña de Oro Promotional Campaign

For a typography III class, we were tasked with creating a multiple-part promotional campaign for a local location. I chose Montaña de Oro, and I designed 3 posters, 3 Instagram posts, and 1 brochure. The concept behind this is to focus on the rich history behind Montaña de Oro, and not only explaining that in the brochure, but also demonstrating that through the visuals of the campaign. The visuals were inspired by silk screening method used for early printing practices. The posters are envisioned to be in locales in the Los Osos area as well as San Luis Obispo. As for the brochure, they are made for the hotel and Airbnbs in the area so that the tourists are intrigued and have some information about the park before they get to MDO.
